Medart Hinge, Standard 4 Hole, Used Before 1990

This replacement Medart Locker Hinge uses a standard 4-hole screw pattern and is designed for lockers before 1990. Your lockers may be in need of new hinges if they are sagging, or if the door is opening or shutting improperly. Mounting hardware not included.
