The Desktop is constructed of a heavy-duty Hard Plastic material that resists chips, cracks, and stains while providing smooth and practical Desktop functionality. The desk's configurable hexagon shape allows for six desks to be arranged in a 7-foot Octagon for a more collaborative classroom environment. 

These Hexagon Zuma Desks are available with an optional open-front Polyethylene Bookbox that sits under the Desktop and measures 4-1/2” high for convenient storage of class materials. The Desktop is mounted to the 1-1/4” Tubular Steel Frame for optimal durability. The height of the desk is adjustable through the legs in one-inch increments from 22” to 34” to accommodate virtually any age group of students. Virco Zuma Desks come standard with Nylon-base Swivel Glides to protect your floors against costly damages that arise due to floor scratching.
