Heavy-duty rugged construction, including a 34lb solid rubber, weighted base, and a thick blow-molded plastic up-right sign display area. Signs are pre-printed on coroplast and interchangeable, attached with thumbscrews. The upper sign can be detached or secured to the rubber base with a screw.
