Available for Right-hand or Left-hand doors, these exterior commercial door hinges are attached to the top corner of your door frame and require only minimal tools to install. They do not require you to remove your old door hinges. Superior zinc-plated all-steel construction that will not rust. Can be mounted on the inside or outside of the door. Includes all attachments, hardware, mounting instructions, and an easy-to-use template for drilling.
