Solid Plastic Partitions

Solid Phenolic Partitions

Stainless Steel Partitions

Powder-Coated Steel Restroom Partitions

Solid Plastic Restroom Partitions
This virtually maintenance-free material is 1" thick, and color goes throughout. It is generally more expensive than other materials, but long term, it is cheaper, as maintenance is cheaper. Graffiti usually can be wiped right off, and scratches can generally be repaired with a heat gun. These partitions are made from 1" thick HDPE plastics, providing a low maintenance and vandal resistant alternative to metal toilet stalls. All hardware, instructions, and shop drawings are included to make installation a breeze. Hardware upgrades are available, standard heavy-duty aluminum hardware included.
Solid Phenolic Restroom Partitions
Guaranteed against breakage, rust, or de-lamination. Our solid phenolic toilet stalls are made to last a lifetime in even the harshest environments. All doors and pilasters are 3/4" thick, and panels are 1/2" thick. Standard Phenolic Material has a black core with a plastic laminated surface to provide color. Another popular choice for phenolic buyers is the phenolic color-through option, where the color goes all the way through the phenolic material and uses no plastic laminate. Heavy-Duty bank vault stainless steel hinging, latches & wall brackets included.

Plastic Laminate Toilet Partitions will provide a solid and durable toilet partition surface, with virtually any plastic laminate color and texture available from Formica or Wilsonart laminate brands. The doors and panels are 1" thick, and the pilasters are 1-1/4" thick with heavy-duty latches, bumpers, and hinges. Headrail Braced Design
The Overhead Headrail Braced Design is our most common design due to incorporating superior support overhead and at the floors. Pilasters are bolted in at the floor and attached 82" above to an aluminum anti-grip headrail. Doors and panels are 55" high and mounted 12" above the floor.
Floor Mounted Design
The Floor Mounted Design eliminates the need for a headrail brace. The floor mount design bolts to the floor and walls only. Pilasters are 70" tall, while the partition doors and panels are 55" high and mounted 12" above the floor.
Floor-to-Ceiling Design
The Floor-to-Ceiling Design eliminates the use of a headrail brace. Floor to ceiling design pilasters are cut to size precisely to fit your floor to ceiling measurements. This design is very strong and reduces potential vandalism. Doors and panels are 55" high and mounted 12" above the floor.
Ceiling Hung Design
The Ceiling Hung Design allows for easy floor cleaning. The ceiling-hung design requires attachment to the ceiling structure above. The pilasters are cut to fit the specific floor-to-ceiling height. Doors and panels are 55" high and mounted 12" above the floor.

Step 1 - Secure the Pilaster Shoes to the floor.

Step 2 - Follow School Fix Shop Drawings. Secure Brackets to the Wall.
3.
Step 3 - Secure the Panel to the Wall Brackets.

Step 4 - Place the Pilaster in the Pilaster Shoes, and secure the Panel to the Pilaster.

Step 5 - Assemble the Door Hardware.
