Open Chrome settings (click the three dots in the top-right and select "Settings").
Click on "Privacy and security" in the left menu.
Click on "Cookies and other site data".
Select "Allow all cookies".
Close the settings tab and click the red button above.
Open Firefox settings (click the three lines in the top-right and select "Settings").
Click on "Privacy & Security" in the left menu.
Under "Enhanced Tracking Protection", select the "Standard" setting. This allows essential cookies.
If you use "Custom", make sure "Cookies" is not set to "All cookies".
Close the settings tab and click the red button above.
Click "Safari" in the top menu bar (next to the Apple icon) and select "Preferences".
Click on the "Privacy" tab.
Make sure "Block all cookies" is **unchecked**.
Close the preferences window and click the red button above.
